Project Overview
Coaching happens across three parties who rarely see the same information. Plans, expectations, effort and outcomes were communicated in scattered messages, and nobody could look back at what had been agreed. We modelled the athlete-coach-parent relationship directly rather than bolting parents onto a coach tool.
